| The facts of the case are that on 3-1-2011 at 5-20 P.M., while the complainant V. Madhu Mohan Reddy, along with Maddela Cheruvu Suri (deceased) and Malishetty Bhanu Kiran (accused) were proceeding to Banjara Hills Road No. 12 from Sannathnagar side after meeting an Advocate Achyutha Reddy. On the way near the Navodaya Colony, Yusufguda, Hyderabad, the accused Bhanu Kiran who is a close associate of Maddela Cheruvu Suri sitting on the rear side seat of the car bearing No. AP 28 DF 1248 has fired two round at the deceased Maddela Cheruvu Suri and he immediately opened the Car door and escaped. The injured was shifted to Appollo Hospital by the complainant Madhu Mohan Reddy for treatment. There he was declared dead. The investigation disclosed that the accused Bhanu Kiran was indulging in settlements and earned money and landed property by using the name of Suri. In order to grab the money and other landed property, the accused murdered the deceased Suri with fire arm of his illegal Gun man Manmohan Singh. In this case the accused A-2 Manmohan Singh, A-3 Sulam Subbaiah, A-4 Boya Hari Babu and A-5
Venkata Ramana were arrested by the C.C.S. Police Hyderabad and preliminary Charge Sheet was filed against the above accused on 29-4-2011.
On the orders. Rc.No.1659/C3/2011 dt.18-04-2011 of the DGP, A.P.
Hyderabad this case was transferred to C.I.D. A.P. Hyderabad for taking
up further investigation. This case is still U.I. for arrest of the accused
A-1 Bhanu Kiran. |
